Our main website, www.tradelawdevelopment.com, was recently hacked!

We are currently working overtime to restore full-functionality of the website at the earliest.

However, the Editorial Board of TL&D remains committed to its objective of furthering research and study in the field of International Trade Law and International Economic Law by enabling access to quality academic writings on the subject. This WordPress page has been established in furtherance of that objective, and to ease any inconvenience that may be caused to our featured authors, readers and patrons during this troubled and challenging period.

The Board expresses its sincerest regrets for any inconvenience caused thereby and hopes to reopen the main website once it has been restored.

Student-run, with the steadfast
support of the University!

Trade, Law and Development is patronised by the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of NLU, Jodhpur and also has one member of faculty as the Faculty-in-Charge. Currently, Prof. (Dr.) Poonam Pradhan Saxena, the incumbent Vice Chancellor of NLU, Jodhpur honours the seat of Patron. Further, Dr. Rosmy Joan, a gold-medallist in the field of international trade law and the prestigious ‘City of the Hague Scholarship’ holder, occupies the position of the Faculty-in-Charge of the Journal.
